I just wanted to drop you a little note to say, “Thank You”. I was very impressed with your company and the high level of professionalism I encountered. I was told one price and at the end paid that. You hear horror stories sometimes about moving companies so I was delighted when I found one as honest and friendly as Cousins.
I can not remember all the names of the movers that picked up my furniture but along with them and the movers, Eddy and Freddy, who re-delivered my furniture they all did a great job. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and handled my belongings as if they were their own.

Rarely do I have time to write a thank you note, but today I have to. In the last three weeks, I have moved my family 200 miles to Melbourne and a week later 200 miles back to Miami. I need you to know that dealing with your company and your staff has been a surprise and delight. You can’t imagine the horror stories I have heard about moving companies and unethical practices. Your company has disproved this reputation and you should know that I tell and will tell “my great moving experience with Cousins Moving” story many times. Better yet, I can prove it wasn’t a fluke because I moved twice and both times your staff was professional, courteous, friendly, ethical, honest, helpful, kind. I don’t know what methods you choose to hire your staff or if you have a special training program – whatever it is – it works! Congratulations. Know that your staff made you look great!

This letter is to thank you for running the only moving company I can confidently recommend to people. Consumers really take a chance hiring a moving company these days. Unscrupulous business practices and fly-by-night companies dominate this field, but Cousins is obviously serious about pleasing customers and staying in business for a long time.
As you probably remember, you moved me out of my condo in Inverrary and, on very short notice, into storage due to Hurricanes Rita, Katrina, and Wilma. When my furniture and belongings arrived in Coral Springs on time and for the exact price you quoted me, it was a relief. That’s why I asked Cousins to move me again today. I felt like I got excellent value for the money you charged.
When you came to my home to give me an estimate, you said that you were interested in treating people right so they would recommend you. You really put your money where your mouth is. Feel free to use me as a reference in the future.

Please find enclosed a check in the amount of $5029.28. Your bill for $4479.28 is part of the check. The balance of $550 is for the men who actually moved our company. I am not only speaking for myself, who has had personal experience with your company, but for Runo, Randy and Brian Smith, the owners of Heritage Carpet & Tile. They were pleased, not only with the time spent and efficiency of your men, but with their willingness to do whatever they could to make our move a good experience. You of all people know that moving can be overwhelming.
Please give Boris, Carlos, Leon, Rob & Eddie the $100 we discussed and $25 each to Deter and Devon.

We are writing this letter to thank you so much for your service through our move. We had never used a large Van Line for moving before. We were a little scared of what my happen, (hidden costs, etc).
But, to let you know, we have never had such a great move. We were so pleased with your people, and the way they treated our possessions. You were so right on with your prices, no hidden cost, you were so up front with us
Our move from Florida was on time, and our relocation to Georgia was right on time. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
All our possessions were in order, and nothing was broke during the process. And to end it all, at the end, we received a small refund!
